Food sensitivity has been part of my life for over 30 years as both my mother and I suffer from coeliac disease, an increasingly common condition of the gut involving intolerance to wheat, barley, maize, rye and oats.
During my training as a homeopath I recognised that many people struggle to maintain good health which led me to suspect a link with substances in our everyday environment or diet. Following this I trained to be a Vega test practitioner.
I have also studied Classical Homeopathy with Purton House School of Homeopathy, part of Thames Valley University and have membership of the Society of Homeopaths.
My training in homeopathy involved the study of anatomy and physiology, pathology, homeopathic philosophy and materia medica. I have recently completed a research project into the effects of homeopathic treatment on conditions involving gross tissue change including endometriosis, scarring, osteolysis and cancer.
