 Ian Stones Acupuncturist | I trained at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine, Reading. The course, a Bachelor of Science degree, covers all aspects of traditional Chinese medicine and five element acupuncture allowing the delivery of an integrated approach to patient’s conditions.
Prior to attending the college I worked as a wholetime firefighter until I discovered the wonders of acupuncture which was enough to prompt a career change. My interest in the fire service has continued by also serving as a retained firefighter with Hampshire Fire and rescue service.
My previous careers have generally involved the sports industry working as a lifeguard and duty manager. Later in my career I became a lifeguard and first aid trainer which is an area I am still very interested in.
