Massage Practitioner

After nearly 20 years in nursing, I retrained to become a Yoga Teacher and Massage Practitioner. My main interest is in Holistic Medical and Pregnancy Massage, these styles of massage are great for pain relief, but also have a relaxing component to them. I also offer Hot Stone and Facial Rejuvenation Massage, if you prefer a combination of these styles or a short taster session as part of your massage treatment, this is available on request. The style of yoga I teach is Hatha Yoga, and over the years have been influenced by working with movement and breath. At the moment I am studying to become a Yoga Therapist, and 1-2-1 sessions are available on request.
