Effective therapeutic massage designed to achieve positive outcome within 1-6 treatments. Helpful for a wide range of conditions including physical tension, sore or tight muscles, sciatica and tension headaches. Also helpful for psychological issues such as stress, anxiety and depression.
This treatment uses a combination of eastern and western massage techniques, deep tissue, myofascial release, muscle energy technique, joint mobilisation and stretches.
The first session is primarily an assesment treatment and includes a 10-15 minute consultation to identify a treatment plan. The minimum length for an initial treatment is 60 mins.
