Nutritional therapy applies scientific knowledge of specific human nutrient requirements to achieve and maintain optimum physical and cognitive function. When we supply our bodies with rich sources of nutrients, this can create a foundation on which the body can work to achieve good health and vitality.

A Nutritional Therapy consultation will involve a thorough and detailed investigation into your nutritional status, your lifestyle and of course any existing conditions that may respond well to improved nutrition. Your specific and personal nutritional requirements will be assessed through a series of detailed symptom analyses. This will then be presented to you in a face-to-face consultation and also in a full written report that you can take away with you and have at hand to refer to after the consultation.

The consultation process takes place over a 6-12 week period depending on symptoms and treatment plan with full support throughout this time. Generally two consultations are required although a third may be needed depending on the severity of the conditions that are being treated.
