Having trained in Aromatherapy, Massage, Reflexology and Indian Head Massage I was awarded a BSC Honours Degree in Complementary Therapies from the University of Greenwich in London. I now strive to provide the best possible client care I can as a practitioner right from the initial first contact and consultation stage, all the way through each individual treatment and eventually in the aftercare program.

It is my whole hearted belief that physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health are all intrinsically linked and that by obtaining a full picture of these areas a successful, personal treatment plan can be created for any individual to offer support and relief for a number of health related conditions. I truly believe that Complementary Therapies are essential to all life paths especially in this day and age when stress is unavoidable and time really waits for no one.
