Our Alexander Technique Teacher is:
The Alexander Technique is far reaching in its effects, yet at the same time simple in principle and can be learnt by anyone.
Hugely practical, it is a Technique which teaches us how to use our bodies in a more balanced and effective way - to perform everyday tasks with ease and an improved awareness of ourselves. It can help reduce stress and tension, alleviate back, neck or shoulder pain. Initially, a weekly lesson is suggested and in time the Technique becomes a way of life.
